本发明提供了一种多孔陶瓷砂轮的制备方法,包括原料准备、造孔剂预处理、改性溶液制备、造孔剂改性和砂轮制备的步骤,其中,所述原料准备的步骤包括提供陶瓷结合剂粉末和改性原料,所述陶瓷结合剂粉末中的硅、硼及铝元素的摩尔比与所述改性原料中的硅、硼及铝元素的摩尔比相同。上述制备方法通过对造孔剂进行改性减少或避免因造孔剂与超硬磨料粉体之间质量的差异,采用三维混料机或者球磨等工艺混造成造孔剂的分层等问题,使得陶瓷砂轮的原料混合更加均匀,从而使得采用该陶瓷砂轮混合料制备出的多孔陶瓷砂轮上的气孔分布均匀,进而提高多孔陶瓷砂轮的磨耗比和使用寿命。
