Ecological concrete based on solid waste recycling
The invention discloses ecological concrete based on solid waste recycling. The ecological concrete comprises the following raw materials: 20-26 wt% of cement, 5-9 wt% of fly ash, 17-25 wt% of coal gangue powder, 22-29 wt% of ceramsite, 5-9 wt% of composite fibers, 1-2 wt% of an additive and 11-17 wt% of water. The preparation method of the ceramsite comprises the following steps: weighing the steel slag powder, the phosphorus slag powder, the plant fibers and the sludge powder, adding water, and conducting granulating to prepare raw material balls; and conducting sintering at 900-1200 DEG C for 25-30 minutes, conducting cooling, and carrying out ball milling. According to the invention, common industrial wastes, river sludge treatment products, coal gangue and the like are used as raw materials to prepare the ecological concrete which can be suitable for water body remediation and has a good remediation effect, and through selection of special raw materials, pore structures with different shapes are formed in the concrete, more microorganisms and pollutants are promoted to be adsorbed into the concrete, the contact area of the microorganisms and the pollutants is increased, and the water purification effect is remarkably improved; and meanwhile, the mechanical strength, acid corrosion resistance and other effects of the concrete are also remarkably enhanced.
本发明公开一种基于固废回收利用的生态混凝土,其原料包括水泥20‑26wt%、粉煤灰5‑9wt%、煤矸石粉17‑25wt%、陶粒22‑29wt%、复合纤维5‑9wt%、外加剂1‑2wt%、水11‑17wt%;陶粒的制备方法是先称取钢渣粉、磷渣粉、植物纤维、污泥粉,加水造粒制成生料球;然后在900‑1200℃烧结25‑30min,冷却,球磨制成。本发明利用常见的工业废料、河道污泥治理产物、煤矸石等为原料,制备得到了能够适用于水体修复并具有良好修复效果的生态混凝土,通过特殊原料的选择,使这种混凝土内部形成不同形状的孔道结构,促使更多微生物和污染物被吸附进入混凝土,增大微生物与污染物的接触面积,水体净化效果显著提升;同时,混凝土的力学强度和抗酸腐蚀等效果也有显著增强。
