The invention discloses a recycling and reusing method of waste concrete solid waste. The recycling and reusing method comprises the following steps: a crushing step: crushing waste concrete according to a mechanical crushing principle that stones hit stones, and screening to obtain recycled aggregates of four specifications; a screening test step: carrying out a screening test on the regenerated aggregate, and carrying out synthesis grading; a cement stabilizing material preparation step: determining different cement mixing amounts and the optimal water content and the maximum dry density of the cement stabilizing material by adopting a heavy compaction test method, and determining a target mix proportion; according to a target mixing ratio, stirring the first part of water and cement to form cement paste, adding the recycled aggregate for primary stirring, and adding the remaining second part of water for secondary stirring. According to the invention, the waste concrete caused by reconstruction and extension of expressways or dismantling of old bridges is recycled, so that the problems of treatment and application of the waste concrete are solved, and the 7d unconfined compressive strength of the cement stabilizing material prepared from the on-site regenerated aggregate meets related standard requirements.
本发明公开了一种废旧混凝土固体废物的回收再利用方法,包括破碎步骤:通过石打石的机械破碎原理对废旧混凝土进行破碎,筛分后得到四种规格的再生集料;筛分试验步骤:对再生集料进行筛分试验,合成级配;水泥稳定料制备步骤:采用重型击实试验方法确定不同水泥掺量,以及水泥稳定料的最佳含水率和最大干密度,确定好目标配合比;按照目标配合比,采用第一部分水与水泥搅拌,形成水泥浆,投入再生集料进行一次搅拌,加入剩余的第二部分水进行二次搅拌。本发明将高速公路改扩建或者旧桥拆除带来的废旧混凝土进行再生利用,解决了废旧混凝土的处理及应用问题,利用现场再生集料制备出的水泥稳定料7d无侧限抗压强度满足相关标准要求。
