The invention belongs to the technical field of air pipe construction, and relates to an air pipe integral hoisting structure and a construction method; the air pipe integral hoisting structure comprises a guide rail fixed below a roof and a hoisting platform located on one side of the guide rail; a sliding bearing platform is arranged on the hoisting platform, used for bearing an air pipe and capable of reciprocating along the hoisting platform; the air pipe is limited and fixed through a hanging bracket assembly; the hanging bracket assembly is connected to the guide rail in a sliding mode; the hanging bracket assembly comprises hanging rods located on the two sides, an upper cross rod and a lower cross rod; the upper cross rod and the lower cross rod are located between the hanging rods on the two sides; the air pipe is fixed to the centre; and the upper ends of the hanging rods on the two sides are both connected with the guide rail in a sliding mode. According to the invention, the air pipe and the hanging bracket assembly are preassembled into an integral part; by means of sliding pushing installation, overall installation can be completed through one-time positioning, line drawing and drilling; cross construction and repeated operation of all construction units are avoided; the ceiling space can be effectively saved; the high-altitude operation frequency is reduced; the labour intensity and the safety accident frequency are reduced; and the construction efficiency is improved.
