The invention belongs to the technical field of refractory materials, and particularly relates to a non-cracking anti-erosion high-aluminum castable and application thereof.The non-cracking anti-erosion high-aluminum castable is prepared through the following steps: 1, pouring main materials and additives are proportionally added into a blender mixer, and pouring pug is prepared; (2) a forming mold is manufactured and placed in an equipment iron shell to be placed on a vibration platform; (3) an anti-explosion fiber layer and a heat preservation layer are arranged in the equipment iron shell; (4) pouring pug is injected, compaction forming is carried out, and a refractory lining green body is prepared; (5) the forming mold is taken down, the inner side of the green body is maintained, and redundant pouring pug is scraped away; 6) low-temperature heat treatment is performed on the green body; and 7) the green body is sintered to obtain a finished product. And 8) finished products are randomly sampled and detected. The casting main material is prepared from flint clay aggregate, rho-aluminum oxide, dispersed aluminum oxide, fiber powder, white corundum and a composite additive; and the composite additive is composed of cryolite, explosion-proof fiber and pure calcium aluminate cement. The refractory material prepared from the castable is compact in internal structure, has good thermal shock resistance, aluminum adhesion resistance and erosion heat resistance, and is not easy to crack.
