The fluidization anti-drag pile pulling device comprises a pile unloading ship, a hanging bracket, a hanging arm, a gripper, movable tensioners, hydraulic cylinders, steel piles, a reaction frame, fixed tensioner supports and fixed tensioners, wherein the hanging bracket is fixedly installed on a top deck of the pile unloading ship, and the hanging arm is installed on the top of the hanging bracket; the gripper is arranged on the tail end of the hanging arm and is used for assisting to unload the steel piles; two pairs of tensioners including the movable tensioners and the fixed tensioners are installed on the stern; the movable tensioners are installed on the reaction frame through the hydraulic cylinders, and the reaction frame is fixedly installed on the deck of the pile unloading ship; the hydraulic cylinders translates along the horizontal direction so as to apply different tension forces to the steel piles; the movable tensioners and the fixed tensioners rotate around a shaft so as to drive the steel piles to lift; and the fixed tensioners are fixedly installed on the deck through the fixed tensioner supports.
