The invention provides an easy-to-recycle fluidization anti-drag pile pulling construction method. The easy-to-recycle fluidization anti-drag pile pulling construction method comprises the following steps of (1) during pile pulling, moving a pile unloading ship first, so that the top of a steel pile enters a stern groove; (2) starting a hydraulic cylinder 8, so that a movable tensioner and a fixed tensioner tightly hold the steel pile; (3) turning on a high-pressure water pump so as to inject water into the steel pile through a high-pressure pipe, spraying fluid at high speed through a jet flow channel under the action of water pressure, and fluidizing soil on the interface of the steel pile and a soil body after the fluid is sprayed out, so that the soil body in a small range around the steel pile is loosened and emerges from the top of a seabed; (4) turning on rotating switches of the movable tensioner and the fixed tensioner after fluidization is conducted for 10 to 20 seconds, and rapidly unearthing the steel pile along with the rotation of the tensioners; and (5) grabbing the steel pipe through a gripper on the tail end of a suspension arm after the steel pile is completely unearthed, then releasing the tensioning force of the movable tensioner and the fixed tensioner, and unloading the steel pile on the deck of a ship body, so that the pile pulling process is completed.
