The stirring-resistant rock slice comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 30-50 parts of water-based acrylic resin, 5-20 parts of oily acrylate, 5-30 parts of a solvent, 0.05-1 part of an accelerant, 5-30 parts of filler and the balance of water, wherein the total parts by weight of the components are 100; the method comprises the following steps: mixing and dispersing oily acrylate, a solvent and an initiator in proportion to form oily slurry; proportionally mixing and dispersing water-based acrylic resin, an accelerant, filler and water to form water-based slurry; uniformly mixing the oily slurry and the aqueous slurry, pumping the mixture into a reaction kettle for polymerization reaction, controlling the polymerization reaction temperature to be 40-90 DEG C, and controlling the polymerization reaction time to be 30-150 minutes; after the slurry is subjected to polymerization reaction, pumping out the slurry from the reaction kettle to form a roller coating; using the roller coating for coating the slurry on a carrier tape through a roller coating process, then performing drying treatment, and obtaining the rock slices after drying.
