The invention discloses a sludge-to-brick method and process and a brick making process system. According to the method, raw material sludge is subjected to ozone treatment, and phosphorus in the sludge is adsorbed by adding an adsorbent; sludge drying is completed through a multi-stage drying process; heavy metal treatment is performed on the dried sludge; a strain is added into the dried sludge for fermentation, and a deodorant is added for deodorization after the fermentation process; the deodorized sludge is mixed and stirred with an additive, and the mixture is fed into an aging tank for aging; and firing is performed after blank making, color mixing and drying. According to the invention, ozone is used for oxidizing sludge to remove organic matters in the sludge, then an adsorbent is used for adsorbing phosphorus in the sludge, two-stage drying is adopted, waste heat is fully utilized, resource waste and energy consumption are reduced, and after the sludge is dried, the sludge is further fermented and deodorized, so that the quality of the sludge blank is effectively improved while the energy is saved so as to achieve the durable prepared process brick.
