The invention provides a quick-drying high-strength high-refractoriness-under-load castable for a blast-furnace tuyere. The castable comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 60-72% of particles of at least one of brown aluminum oxide, high-quality alumina and white corundum, 5-10% of silicon carbide, 8-15% of white corundum powder, 5-8% of superfine powder, 0-5% of silicon nitride powder, 0-3% of metal silicon powder, 1-1.5% of steel fiber, 0.5-1% of chrome green, 1.5-2.5% of aluminate cement, 0.1-0.2% of a composite water reducer and 0.03-0.05% of an organic anti-explosion agent. The quick-drying high-strength high-refractoriness-under-load castable product is prepared by uniformly mixing the materials according to the ratio at normal temperature, and packaging. The product, with the nano silica sol as a binding agent, is stirred by a stirrer and poured in a blast-furnace tuyere area, so that residual bricks at the tuyere can be maintained, and integral pouring can also be realized; or prefabricated blocks are manufactured by the product and transported to a site to be directly installed. The product has good construction performance, and can be baked and put into use after short-term maintenance after demoulding. The product has a series of advantages of high refractoriness, high refractoriness under load, high wear resistance, erosion resistance, good thermal shock resistance and the like.
