The invention discloses a quick-drying and quick-drying castable for a small blast furnace iron runner and a preparation method of the quick-drying and quick-drying castable, and relates to the technical field of refractory materials. The refractory material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 50-55 parts of brown fused alumina particles, 5-10 parts of brown fused alumina fine powder, 10-15 parts of white fused alumina particles, 10-18 parts of silicon carbide micro powder, 1-3 parts of silicon micro powder, 2-4 parts of spherical asphalt, 1.5-2.5 parts of pure calcium aluminate cement, 3-5 parts of phenolic resin and 1-3 parts of auxiliaries. Wherein the phenolic resin is prepared by the following steps: mixing polypropylene fibers, silicon nitride micro powder and fumed silica, and carrying out ball-milling dispersion to obtain a mixture for later use; and adding epoxy resin into a phenolic resin solution, carrying out heating reflux reaction, cooling, then adding the mixture and propylene glycol phenyl ether, carrying out high-speed dispersion, and then adding a curing agent for curing, thereby obtaining the composite material. The prepared castable has good quick-drying performance and anti-explosion performance, can be put into use after being baked at 110 DEG C for 1 h, and is free of repair when being used for continuous tapping of a blast furnace tapping channel.
本发明公开了一种小型高炉铁沟快烘快干浇注料及其制备方法，涉及耐火材料技术领域，由以下质量份的原料制成：棕刚玉颗粒50‑55份、棕刚玉细粉5‑10份、白刚玉颗粒10‑15份、碳化硅微粉10‑18份、硅微粉1‑3份、球状沥青2‑4份、纯铝酸钙水泥1.5‑2.5份、酚醛树脂3‑5份、助剂1‑3份；其中，酚醛树脂的制备如下：将聚丙烯纤维、氮化硅微粉、气相二氧化硅混合，球磨分散，得混合料，备用；向酚醛树脂溶液中加入环氧树脂，升温回流反应，冷却，然后加入混合料和丙二醇苯醚，高速分散，然后再加入固化剂进行固化，即得。本发明制备的浇注料具有良好的快干性能和防爆性能，110℃下烘烤1h既能投入使用，使用在高炉出铁沟连续出铁无修补。
