The invention discloses a method for permeation connection of zirconia ceramics through glass solder, and belongs to the technical field of welding. The method comprises the steps: grinding and polishing the surfaces of two to-be-welded zirconia ceramics to be smooth; preparing glass solder powder according to a route of ball milling, drying, founding, water quenching, ball milling, drying and sieving, pressing the glass solder powder into sheets, and presintering for densification; placing the glass solder sheets between the two to-be-welded ceramics for assembly; and putting the assembled sample into a muffle furnace, heating to a welding temperature, keeping the temperature for a certain time, and cooling along with the furnace. The glass solder comprises the components in percentage by weight: 30%-38% of CaO, 20%-26% of TiO2, 5%-10% of REO, 1%-5% of B2O3 and 34%-44% of SiO2. According to the method, brazing seams existing in a traditional glass connection method can be eliminated, uniform mixing of the glass solder and ceramic crystal grains is achieved, and then the strength, the thermal shock resistance and the high temperature resistance of a connector are improved.
