Environment-friendly polypropylene floor and process thereof
The invention relates to an environment-friendly polypropylene floor which is prepared from the following formula in parts by weight: 20-80 parts of polypropylene, 0.5-5 parts of an antioxidant, 0.05-5 parts of a flame retardant, 20-80 parts of calcium carbonate, 0.5-3 parts of a silane coupling agent, 0.1-0.5 part of a light stabilizer, 0.1-5 parts of toner, 5-10 parts of fly ash, 0.3-1.5 parts of nano zinc oxide particles and 3-5 parts of ASP starch. The environment-friendly polypropylene floor is prepared by the steps: mixing the raw materials according to the weight ratio; carrying out hot mixing on the mixed material by adopting a high-speed mixer, wherein the hot mixing temperature is 80-120 DEG C; carrying out cold mixing on the mixture after hot mixing, wherein the cold mixing temperature is 40-60 DEG C; carrying out heating extrusion on the cold-mixed mixture through an extruder, and carrying out extrusion molding in a sheet die head; extruding and shaping a formed sheet through a calender; carrying out surface UV tempering treatment on the sheet, firstly putting the sheet into hot water with the temperature of 50-80 DEG C and then putting into cold water with the temperature of 10-25 DEG C; and slitting, grooving and packaging. The material is environmentally friendly and has high impact strength, wear resistance and scratch resistance, and the shrinkage rate is reduced.
