Photocatalyst environment-friendly floor and production process thereof
The invention relates to a photocatalyst environment-friendly floor, and belongs to the field of functional environment-friendly healthy floors. A base material layer of parquet is of a composite board structure. A decorative layer, an abrasion-resistant primer layer and a photocatalyst anti-microbial oil decoration layer are sequentially arranged above the base material layer. The photocatalyst anti-microbial oil decoration layer is a mixture layer formed by mixing a nano-scale TiO2 photocatalyst material, nano-silver, UV scratch-resistant finish paint and formaldehyde decomposed effective ingredients according to the mass ratio of 1-2:0.2-0.4:15-20:0.5-0.8. A balance layer is arranged below the base material layer. The formaldehyde decomposed effective ingredients comprise chitin, nanometer silicon wafers and tourmaline powder. The tourmaline powder accounts for 0-5 wt% of the formaldehyde decomposed effective ingredients. The parquet has the advantages of being strong in anti-microbial function, high in strength, good in abrasion resistance and comfortable in foot feeling.
