The invention relates to the technical field of highway construction, in particular to an asphalt highway construction method. The method comprises the following steps: S1, a pre-construction stage: carrying out line measurement and lofting and carrying out roadbed construction at the same time; S2, asphalt mixture mixing: mixing the filling aggregate and asphalt, and transporting the mixed material to a to-be-constructed area; S3, pavement construction: paving a mixture with the same particle size on the roadbed constructed in S1, and pressing the paved mixture by using a road pressing machine to form an asphalt pavement; and S4, road surface auxiliary construction: performing lane line, expansion joint and lane arrow construction on the asphalt road surface formed in the step S3. The asphalt mixture adopted by the invention is high in strength, has excellent high-temperature heavy load resistance, bending resistance and crack resistance, is greatly improved in fatigue performance and durability, and is good in construction fluidity, small in void ratio and long in service life. Meanwhile, the technical defect that the thickness of the asphalt pavement is not uniform is overcome through the arrangement.
本发明涉及公路施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种沥青公路施工方法,包括如下步骤:S1、预施工阶段,进行线路测量和放样同时进行路基施工;S2、拌制沥青混合料,将填充骨料与沥青进行拌合,并将拌合料运输至待施工区域;S3、路面施工,将等粒径的、拌合料摊铺至S1施工出的路基上,并且利用压路机械将摊铺的拌合料压制形成沥青路面;S4、路面附属施工,在S3形成的沥青路面上进行车道线、膨胀缝和车道箭头施工。本发明采用的沥青混合料强度高,同时具有优异的高温抗重载能力、抗弯拉能力和抗裂性能,且疲劳性能和耐久性也得到大幅度提高,施工流动性好、空隙率小,使用寿命长。同时,通过设置的解决了沥青路面存在厚度不均的技术缺陷。
