By arranging the outdoor dust monitoring device, the dust concentration is monitored around a construction site, all concentration values are transmitted to the cloud server for cloud computing processing, dust raising equipment can be linked with spraying equipment such as a fog gun on site, and the fog gun, a tower crane and a fence are automatically triggered for spraying under the condition that dust raising exceeds the standard on site. A noise monitoring system, a dust monitoring system and a temperature and humidity monitoring system are established, meanwhile, dust raising equipment and spraying equipment such as fog guns can be linked on site, control can be well conducted in the construction process, and noise and dust in the construction process are reduced to the minimum.
