Pier body steel bar modular construction method
The invention relates to a pier body reinforcing steel bar modular construction method. The method comprises the following steps of firstly, processing each layer of horizontal reinforcing steel bars of a pier body into a reinforcing steel bar mesh in a factory, arranging a plurality of supporting rods perpendicular to the horizontal plane on the periphery of the pier body, horizontally welding a plurality of pin shaft pipes on each supporting rod according to the interlayer spacing of the horizontal reinforcing steel bars of the pier body, and inserting positioning pins into the pin shaft pipes; and all the layers of reinforcing meshes being sequentially hoisted to the position of the pier body and supported through positioning pins, and then pier body vertical reinforcing steel bars being welded between all the layers of reinforcing meshes to form an integral reinforcing steel bar framework. The method integrates advantages of an existing pier body steel bar in-situ installation method and an integral hoisting method, solves problems of the existing method, and is low in construction cost and high in efficiency.
本发明涉及一种墩身钢筋模块化施工方法,首先在工厂将墩身各层水平钢筋分别加工成一钢筋网片,在墩身周边设置多个与水平面垂直的支撑杆,每个支撑杆上按墩身水平钢筋的层间距水平焊接多个销轴管,销轴管中穿插定位销,将各层钢筋网片依次吊装到墩身位置,并通过定位销支撑,然后在各层钢筋网片间焊接墩身竖向钢筋,形成整体钢筋骨架。本发明综合了现有墩身钢筋原位安装法和整体吊装法方法的优点,并克服现有方法存在的问题,施工成本低,效率高。
