The invention provides a high-pier pier body steel bar binding construction platform which can be placed on a turnover formwork platform and comprises a plurality of layers of construction platforms and a plurality of frame body systems. The frame system is formed by welding angle steel, and each layer of construction platform is formed by assembling a plurality of horizontal frames. The four layers of construction platforms are integrally assembled to form a whole reinforcing steel bar binding construction platform structure system. The length and the distance between every two steel angles used for forming the frame system need to be determined according to the section size of a pier body, steel plates are laid on each layer of construction platform to serve as a worker operation platform, and the height between every two layers of construction platforms is controlled to be 1.5 m. Each layer of construction platform is provided with a protective barrier and a skirting board which are made of round steel pipes, and a protective net is laid outside. The construction platform has the advantages that the construction platform is simple to process, can be quickly mounted and dismounted, and can be used repeatedly, so that the steel bar binding construction speed is increased, and the construction period is shortened.
