The invention discloses a mounting assembly for positioning and fixing a sludge ceramsite plate. A ceramsite plate concave groove and a ceramsite plate convex groove which are matched with each other are correspondingly formed in the two sides of the sludge ceramsite plate; the mounting assembly comprises an L-shaped I-shaped fixing steel part and an inverted T-shaped II-shaped auxiliary steel part; a plurality of nail shooting holes are formed in a bottom plate and a vertical plate, which are perpendicular to each other, of the I-shaped fixing steel part; and a plurality of nail shooting holes are formed in the outer side of the bottom plate and the vertical plate of the II-shaped auxiliary steel part. The invention further discloses a construction method of the mounting assembly for positioning and fixing the sludge ceramsite plate. The mounting assembly is simple and practical, the mounting precision of the sludge ceramsite plate can be effectively improved, the construction safety is ensured, the construction efficiency is improved, and labor resources are saved.
