The invention relates to the technical field of building material preparation, in particular to alkali-activated fully-recycled aggregate concrete and a preparation method thereof. The alkali-activated fully-recycled aggregate concrete disclosed by the invention is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 350 to 650 parts of solid raw materials, 150 to 400 parts of alkaline raw materials, 600 to 1200 parts of recycled coarse aggregates, 200 to 800 parts of recycled fine aggregates, 20 to 100 parts of water and 0.9 to 20 parts of fibers. According to the prepared recycled concrete, industrial solid waste such as mineral powder and fly ash and building solid waste are fully utilized, cement is not needed, and consumption of natural gravel and river sand is reduced; the production process is low in cost, green, low in carbon, energy-saving and emission-reducing, and resource utilization of solid waste is effectively realized; the alkali-activated fully-recycled aggregate concrete is high in strength and good in toughness; the preparation method is simple in process and convenient to operate, overcomes adverse effects of strength and volume stability brought by recycled coarse and fine aggregates, meets actual engineering requirements, and has remarkable economic, social and environmental benefits.
