Polyurethane-ballast bed damping system
The invention relates to the technical field of railway equipment, in particular to a polyurethane-ballast bed damping system which comprises a roadbed, and a precast block made of polyurethane is laid on the roadbed; a cavity is formed in the prefabricated block, a group of water inlet grooves connected with the cavity are formed in the top surface of the prefabricated block, drainage ditches are formed in the two sides of the roadbed respectively, and drainage pipes communicated with the drainage ditches are arranged at the bottom end of the cavity; the cavity is formed in the precast block, materials are saved, the compressive deformation capacity of the precast blocks is improved, the overall damping effect of the ballast bed is greatly improved, and in rainy days, the precast blocks are rapidly and intensively drained through the drainage structure, so that the situation that the ballast bed is unsmooth in drainage due to watertightness of the precast blocks is reduced. Meanwhile, rainwater can be prevented from permeating into the roadbed at the bottom of the ballast bed, so that the situation of deformation or frost heaving caused by high moisture content of the roadbed is reduced, and the use effect of the ballast bed is greatly improved.
本发明涉及铁路设备技术领域,具体的说是一种聚氨酯‑道床减震系统,包括路基,所述路基上铺设有聚氨酯材质的预制块;所述预制块内部设置有空腔,所述预制块顶面上设置有一组连接空腔的进水槽,所述路基两侧分别设置有排水沟,所述空腔底端设置有与排水沟相连通的排水管;本发明通过在预制块内部设置空腔,不仅节约了材料,还增加了预制块的受压变形的能力,大大提高了道床整体的减震效果,且当雨天时,预制块通过排水结构快速集中的排出,从而减少预制块因不透水导致道床排水不畅的情况,同时也能减少雨水向道床底部的路基渗透,从而减少路基因含水率较高而发生变形或冻胀的情况,大大提高了道床的使用效果。
