The embodiment of the invention provides a railway turnout paving and replacing operation vehicle which comprises a longitudinal beam device including a main body longitudinal beam part and a telescopic longitudinal beam part which can stretch out and draw back relative to the main body longitudinal beam part, a telescopic beam telescopically connected to the end part of the main body longitudinal beam part and/or the end part of the telescopic longitudinal beam part, at least two groups of walking devices stretching across the two sides of the longitudinal beam device and horizontally rotating relative to the longitudinal beam device, at least two groups of supporting devices, and at least two rail lifting devices; at least one group of walking devices are arranged on the telescopic longitudinal beam part; the supporting devices stretch across the two sides of the longitudinal beam device, each supporting device comprises a supporting body and a supporting base capable of ascending and descending relative to the supporting body, the supporting bodies are connected with the longitudinal beam device, and the supporting bases can descend to make contact with the ground; at least one group of supporting devices are arranged on the telescopic longitudinal beam part; and the at least two rail lifting devices are arranged on the longitudinal beam device and/or the telescopic beam and are used for lifting the turnout. The railway turnout paving and replacing operation vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention has relatively high paving flexibility.
