The invention discloses a C100 concrete pouring and curing method which comprises the following steps: weighing various raw materials by adopting electronic metering equipment, and then mixing and uniformly stirring the various raw materials to obtain concrete; providing a pouring mold; pouring the concrete into the pouring mold to form a pouring body being provided with a confluence face and/or a layered interface; inserting a tamping rod into the pouring body until the tamping rod is adjacent to the confluence face and/or the layering interface, and carrying out stirring to eliminate the confluence face and/or the layering interface; vibrating the pouring body treated in the S40; after the surface of the pouring body is plastered, covering the surface of the pouring body with a protective layer, within 7 days after the surface is plastered, injecting a humectant into the protective layer so that condensed water can be kept on the protective layer, then removing the mold, and spraying water on the surface of the pouring body for maintenance. The invention aims to provide a C100 concrete on-site construction scheme so as to reduce the reject ratio of on-site construction.
本发明公开一种C100混凝土的浇筑养护方法,包括以下步骤:采用电子计量设备称量多种原料,然后将多种所述原料混合并搅拌均匀,得到混凝土;提供浇筑模具;向所述浇筑模具中浇筑所述混凝土以形成浇筑体,所述浇筑体具有汇合面和/或分层界面;将捣棒插入所述浇筑体中,直至邻近所述汇合面和/或分层界面,搅动以消除所述汇合面和/或分层界面;对经步骤S40处理后的浇筑体进行振捣;对浇筑体抹面后,用保护层覆盖所述浇筑体表面,并在抹面开始7天内,向所述保护层内注入保湿剂,以使所述保护层上保持有凝结水,然后拆除所述模具,再对所述浇注体表面淋水养护。本发明旨在提供一种C100混凝土的现场施工方案,以降低现场施工的不合格率。
