Assembled supporting system based on arched beam structure
The invention relates to an assembled supporting system based on an arched beam structure. The assembled supporting system is mainly used for a horizontal supporting system of foundation pit engineering. The assembled supporting system comprises an arched beam, a tie beam, a main support, an inclined support and a surrounding purlin. The arched beam is formed by splicing short-section supports and is connected with the surrounding purlin through the tie beam, and the arched beam and the surrounding purlin jointly resist water and soil pressure transmitted by a supporting pile/wall. The span of an arch ring formed by the arched beam is controlled by the splicing number of the short-section supports, and the radian of the arch ring is controlled by the structure according to the short-section supports. The longitudinal section of each short-section support is rectangular or in a right trapezoid shape or an isosceles trapezoid shape. The tie beam, the main support, the inclined support, the surrounding purlin and the short-section supports of the arched beam of the assembled supporting system are all machined in a factory, and all the components are connected through bolts and assembled and installed on site. After the service cycle of the horizontal supporting structure of a foundation pit is finished, all the components are used for the next project after being disassembled and overhauled, green construction is achieved, and the construction cost is effectively reduced.
