The invention discloses a foundation pit supporting and water stopping system and a construction process. Corresponding sleeves are placed in pile holes excavated in advance, and vertical notches located in the two sides are reserved in the sleeves; and profile steel end plates are further arranged on the two sides of steel sheet piles, the steel sheet piles are inserted between the adjacent sleeves and penetrate the vertical notches of the sleeves on the two sides, the profile steel end plates are located in the sleeves, concrete is poured in the sleeves, and profile steel concrete cast-in-place piles are formed. The profile steel end plates can serve as profile steel ribs of the cast-in-place piles, components with the concrete and steel characteristics are sufficiently utilized, the bending strength of the profile steel end plates is large, and the obvious strengthening effect is achieved on the supporting capability of the steel sheet piles; and meanwhile, the steel sheet piles are tightly connected through the profile steel concrete cast-in-place piles, in addition, the profile steel end plates can further achieve the mechanism similar to that of water stopping steel plates, underground water outside a foundation pit can be thoroughly prevented from permeating the foundation pit, and the water stopping capability is very high. The problems that the bending rigidity of the steel sheet piles is low, and the water stopping capability is poor are solved.
本发明公开了一种基坑支护与止水体系及施工流程,通过在预先开挖的桩孔内放置对应的套筒,套筒上留有位于两侧的竖向槽口;并进一步钢板桩的两侧设有型钢端板,钢板桩分别插入于相邻的套筒之间,且穿过两侧套筒的竖向槽口,使得型钢端板位于套筒内,再在套筒内浇筑混凝土形成型钢混凝土灌注桩。其中,型钢端板可作为灌注桩的型钢钢骨,充分利用混凝土和钢材特性的构件,其抗弯强度较大,对钢板桩的支护能力起到明显加强作用;同时,型钢混凝土灌注桩将钢板桩与钢板桩之间进行紧密连接,另外型钢端板可进一步起到类似止水钢板的机理,能够彻底阻断基坑外地下水渗入基坑,止水能力非常强。解决了钢板桩抗弯刚度较低、止水能力较差的问题。
