The invention provides a reinforcing system for a foundation of a wind generating set, a tower system and a reinforcing method, and relates to the technical field of wind power generation. The reinforcing system for the foundation of the wind generating set comprises first foundation concrete, a first foundation ring, a second foundation ring and second foundation concrete. The first foundation ring comprises a first ring body and a first flange arranged at the upper end of the first ring body, and at least part of the first ring body is embedded in the first foundation concrete; the second foundation ring comprises a second ring body and a second flange arranged at the upper end of the second ring body, the second flange is stacked on the first flange, the second ring body is located on the outer side of the first ring body, and the first flange and the second flange are both used for being detachably connected with a bottom flange; and the second foundation concrete is poured on the outer side of the first ring body, and at least part of the second ring body is embedded in the second foundation concrete. The invention provides a novel mode which is simple in construction, safe in stress, economical and reasonable to transform the existing foundation.
