The invention discloses a special thermal insulation refractory material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 28 parts of Si3N4 particles, 28 parts of TiCN-Si3N4 particles, 28 parts of SiC particles, 6 parts of phenolic resin, 3.5 parts of alcohol, 0.5 part of hexamethylenetetramine, 4 parts of silicon nitride powder and 2 parts of calcium oxide powder. The invention further discloses processing equipment of the special heat preservation refractory material, wherein the processing equipment comprises a mixing box, a transverse groove is formed in the upper end of the mixing box in a penetrating mode, a movable pipe which abuts against the transverse groove to slide is arranged in the transverse groove, and the movable pipe is sleeved with a fixed block rotationally connected with the movable pipe. The refractory material produced by the invention is more stable and better in refractory effect; besides, the processing equipment can efficiently and fully part the raw materials, the mixing efficiency and the mixing quality are improved, alcohol can be pumped into the mixed raw materials through one motor, and the functionality is excellent.
