The invention provides a polygonal steel arch rib splicing and position adjusting device and a using method thereof.The splicing and position adjusting device comprises an arch rib supporting frame arranged at the bottom and used for supporting a steel arch rib, a column top cross beam arranged above the arch rib supporting frame, a plurality of positioning mechanisms arranged above the column top cross beam and a plurality of position adjusting mechanisms arranged above the column top cross beam, and accurate position adjusting and positioning are conducted on the steel arch rib; the multiple arch rib supporting frames are arranged in the length direction of the steel arch rib, the height of the arch rib supporting frames is adjusted along with the structural change of the steel arch rib, and the positioning mechanism comprises a base arranged above the column top cross beam and a clamping base arranged above the base. The position adjusting mechanism comprises a transverse jack arranged on one side of the base and a vertical jack arranged between the clamping base and the column top beam. Precise positioning and mounting of the steel arch rib are achieved through the mounting positioning mechanism and the position adjusting mechanism, the quality and precision of steel arch rib construction and mounting are improved. Meanwhile, the mounting efficiency of the steel arch rib is improved, the construction period can be greatly shortened, and the construction cost is reduced.
