POLYGONAL ARCH
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: polygonal arch includes elements made of steel profiles, connected to each other at their ends by a central bolt and finally fixed by mounting bolts located on a circle around the central bolt. The polygonal arch is made of a set of the elements of two types that are sequentially connected to each other. The first type is made of a rolled I-beam, and the second type is made of two cold-bent channel bars. The cross-section height hch.b.is equal to the height of the I-beam wall hwall. The axis of the central bolt is located at the ends of the elements in the middle of their cross-section, around which their wall is cut off along the semicircle from the radius R=hwall/2 of both the I-beam and the channel bars, and at the end of the semicircle of the I-beam, shelves are cut off. The shelves of the channel bars are bent and welded to the semicircle of the wall.EFFECT: eliminating the gussets that connect the elements of the same type, and reducing in the node of their connection to a single central bolt, around which the mounting bolts are located on a circle.3 cl, 4 dwg

Технический результат заключается в исключении фасонок, соединяющих однотипные элементы, и уменьшении в узле их соединения до одного центрального болта, вокруг которого по окружности располагаются крепежные болты. Полигональная арка включает элементы из стальных профилей, соединенные между собой по их концам центральным болтом и окончательно закрепленные крепежными болтами, расположенными по окружности вокруг центрального болта. При этом полигональная арка выполнена из набора двух типов элементов, последовательно соединенных между собой. Первый тип выполнен из прокатного двутавра, а второй тип - из двух холодногнутых швеллеров. Высота сечения hшвравна высоте стенки двутавра hст.
