The invention discloses an intelligent parking management implementation system and method. The system comprises: at least one temporary parking space set at an entrance and exit of a parking lot region, wherein the temporary parking space is used for temporary parking of an incoming/outgoing vehicle; a user request module, which is used for sending a parking or taking request to the system by a user; a vehicle parameter acquisition unit, which is used for acquiring parameters of a to-be-parked vehicle, wherein the vehicle parameters at least comprise the length, the width and the height of the vehicle; a parking matching module, which is used for calculating a parking position and a vehicle moving route according to the vehicle parameters; and a vehicle moving robot, which is used for moving vehicles according to instructions of a system control unit so as to form a parking column. According to the intelligent parking management implementation system and method, the vehicle parameter acquisition unit and the parking matching module which are implemented in a software system are adopted, so parking space in a parking lot is fully utilized, the parking space is utilized to the maximum extent, and parking of the maximum number of vehicles is realized.
