The method can use local materials, and is simple and easy to operate; the transverse rods are detachable, green and environment-friendly, and can be repeatedly used, so that the construction cost is reduced; rapid adjustment of the elevation of multiple rail embedded parts is facilitated, and the construction efficiency is improved; after the vertical rod are cut off, the exposed parts can play a role in anchoring reserved joint bars, and a cushion layer can be better bonded.
