Method for quickly adjusting column bottom elevation of cup foundation steel column
The invention particularly relates to a method for quickly adjusting the column bottom elevation of a cup foundation steel column. The method comprises the following steps: a limiting plate (3) with a concentric-square-shaped projection is manufactured; the limiting plate (3) is placed at the bottom of the cleaned cup mouth foundation (4); the four corners of the limiting plate (3) are elevated through a measuring instrument, the height difference between the limiting plate (3) and the column bottom of the steel column (1) is calculated, the steel cushion blocks (2) with different plate thicknesses are combined and stacked, the height of the steel cushion blocks (2) reaches different height difference values of the four corners of the limiting plate (3), and then the combined steel cushion blocks (2) are welded and fixed to the four corners of the corresponding steel column (1) before hoisting; and the steel column (1) with the steel cushion block (2) is inserted into the cup foundation (4), and follow-up mounting operation of the steel column (1) is carried out. In the construction process, an operator does not need to enter the cup foundation, the construction difficulty is reduced, the installation efficiency is improved, all components used in the method can be formed by machining excess materials, the method is environmentally friendly, and the manufacturing cost of a construction site is reduced.
本发明涉具体是一种杯口基础钢柱柱底标高的快速调整方法;包括制作投影为“回”字形的限位板(3);将限位板(3)放置在已清理干净的杯口基础(4)底部;通过测量仪器将限位板(3)的四角标高,计算出与钢柱(1)的柱底的高差,通过将不同板厚的钢垫块(2)组合叠加,使其高度达到限位板(30)的四个角不同的高差值,然后将组合好的钢垫块(2)在吊装前与相对应的钢柱(1)的四角焊接固定;将带有钢垫块(2)的钢柱(1)插入杯口基础(4)的内部,并进行钢柱(1)的后续安装作业。本发明施工过程中无需作业人员进入杯口基础内部,减少施工难度,提高安装效率,本方法所用部件均可用余料加工而成,绿色环保,减少施工现场制作成本。
