One side of the upper end of a base is connected with a first fixing lug, and the other side of the upper end of the base is connected with a second fixing lug; the first fixing lug is connected with a first rotating assembly, and the second fixing lug is connected with a second rotating assembly; a rocker arm is connected between the first rotating assembly and the second rotating assembly; the rocker arm is provided with a notch for avoiding a control module; the control module is arranged between the first fixing lug and the second fixing lug and comprises an eccentric motor and a controller, the eccentric motor is connected with a coupler through an eccentric shaft, and the coupler is connected with the first rotating assembly; the controller is electrically connected with the eccentric motor and is used for controlling the action of the eccentric motor; and an upper shell is arranged outside the control module, an indicator lamp set is arranged on the top of the upper shell, the indicator lamp set is electrically connected with the controller, and the indicator lamp set is used for indicating the position and the working state of the parking space ground lock. Automatic control over the parking space ground lock is achieved, people do not need to get off the vehicle to operate the ground lock, and parking is more convenient; and parking positions can be found conveniently, and parking efficiency is improved.
