The parking space ground lock comprises a barrier plate; a first support and a second support which are arranged on the two opposite sides of the barrier plate, wherein the first support comprises a first shaft hole, and the second support comprises a second shaft hole; and a first rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft which are connected to the two opposite sides of the barrier plate, wherein the first rotating shaft is rotatably arranged in the first shaft hole, and the second rotating shaft is rotatably arranged in the second shaft hole; the central axis of the first rotating shaft and the central axis of the second rotating shaft do not coincide. By adopting the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft which are not coaxial, the unequal-height design of the first support and the second support on the two sides of the barrier plate can be achieved, then the height of the second support can be reduced, the height of the barrier plate at the lowest position is reduced, when an automobile passes, due to the fact that the position of the barrier plate is low, the bumping problem can be solved, and better passing experience is obtained.
