The rail slidable cast-in-place concrete slab vibration leveling device comprises a triangular truss assembly, a plurality of sets of sliding rail mounting pieces (8) and sliding rails (83). The triangular truss assembly comprises a main shaft (1), a connecting rod (2), a flat plate vibrator (4), a base (6) and a traction assembly; the multiple sets of sliding rail mounting pieces are symmetrically distributed on the two sides of a structural steel bar in the length direction of the structural steel bar (9), and each set of sliding rail mounting piece comprises a supporting leg (81) and a clamping groove rod (82); and the lower parts of the sliding rails can be clamped in the clamping grooves of the clamping groove rods in a matched mode, so that the multiple sliding rails are horizontally erected above the two sides of a cast-in-place concrete slab, the bottom of the leveling device frame structure is erected on the sliding rails, and the leveling device frame structure slides above the cast-in-place concrete slab in the length direction of the sliding rails.
