The invention provides modified steel slag as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The modified steel slag is composed of steel slag and a composite modifier, and the composite modifier is composed of reservoir bottom mud, coal gangue and iron tailings; the mass ratio of the steel slag to the composite modifier is (70-80): (20-30); and the mass ratio of the iron tailings to the reservoir bottom mud to the coal gangue in the composite modifier is (3-4): (2-3): 1. The preparation method of the modified steel slag comprises the following steps: pretreatment of reservoir bottom mud, pretreatment of coal gangue, pretreatment of iron tailings, pretreatment of steel slag, ball-milling mixing, compression molding, sintering modification and blast quenching. According to the invention, the reservoir bottom mud, the coal gangue and the iron tailings are used as composite modifiers to modify the steel slag, so that valuable components in the steel slag are effectively utilized, and the gelling activity and stability of the steel slag are improved. The preparation method is easy to implement and simple in technological process, large-scale utilization of waste is achieved, and the purposes of environmental protection, energy conservation and resource utilization are achieved.
本发明提出一种改性钢渣及其制备方法和应用。改性钢渣由钢渣和复合改性剂组成,复合改性剂由水库底泥、煤矸石和铁尾矿组成;钢渣和复合改性剂的质量比为:70~80:20~30;复合改性剂中铁尾矿、水库底泥和煤矸石的质量比为:3~4:2~3:1。本发明改性钢渣的制备方法,包括以下步骤:水库底泥预处理、煤矸石预处理、铁尾矿预处理、钢渣预处理、球磨混合、压制成型、烧结改性、鼓风急冷。本发明利用水库底泥、煤矸石和铁尾矿作为复合改性剂对钢渣进行改性,有效利用了钢渣中有价组分的同时,提升了钢渣的胶凝活性、安定性。本发明制备方法易行、工艺流程简单,实现废弃物的规模化利用,达到环保、节能、资源化利用的目的。
