The invention discloses a sulfate corrosion resistant preservative, sprayed concrete and a preparation method of the sprayed concrete, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The sulfate erosion resistant preservative comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of a mineral admixture; 10-25 parts of silica fume; 5-15 parts of calcium powder; 5-10 parts of an expanding agent; 0-5 parts of graphene oxide; 0-5 parts of gypsum; and 1-2.5 parts of a dispersant. The invention further provides sprayed concrete which comprises the sulfate erosion resistant preservative. The preparation method of the sprayed concrete comprises the following steps: stirring the cement, the river sand, the gravel and the preservative into a dry mixture, mixing and stirring the water to obtain a mixture, pouring the mixture into a spraying machine, stirring the mixture, and spraying the mixture and the accelerator to a sprayed surface by using an air compressor. The sulfate corrosion resistant preservative improves the sulfate corrosion resistance of sprayed concrete, and the rebound rate of the concrete is reduced to 10% or below.
