The method comprises the following steps: doping 8-12% of PBL powder into freshly mixed ordinary Portland cement concrete; wherein the PBL powder is prepared from ardealite, magnesite and limestone according to the dry basis mass ratio of 4: 2: 1 by adopting a grinding process. As long as 8-12% of PBL powder is doped into ordinary Portland cement concrete greater than or equal to C30, sulfate erosion reaction does not occur even if an erosion medium sulfate permeates into service concrete, so that even in a strong-corrosion erosion environment, the corrosion resistance of the concrete is greatly improved, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged. And engineering measures such as waterproof layer, environmental water erosion reduction, drainage, filling replacement, underground water level reduction and protection layer arrangement are not required to be adopted according to the specification of DL/T5801-2019 Technical Regulations for Application of Sulfate Erosion Resistant Concrete.
