The invention discloses a cement fiberboard and a preparation method thereof. The cement fiberboard comprises a first base material layer, a gridding cloth layer, a second base material layer and a third base material layer which are sequentially arranged, the raw material of the third base material layer comprises inorganic ceramsite, and the raw materials of the first base material layer and the second base material layer comprise cement, nano quartz sand, regenerated mineral powder, inorganic fibers, a macromolecular hydration accelerant and an inorganic active agent. The cement fiberboard is simple in structure, cement can be directly poured on the surface of the third base material layer, the third base material layer is high in adhesive force to later-poured concrete, cracks are avoided, the adhesive strength of the first base material layer, the second base material layer and the third base material layer meets the safety requirement of a building structure of a project, the safety of the building structure is guaranteed, and the cement fiberboard is also simple in hierarchical structure and high in production efficiency.
