Composite cement fiberboard and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a composite cement fiberboard and a preparation method. The composite cement fiberboard is composed of a base plate and a front panel and/or a back panel attached to the base plate. The base plate is a fiber plate; at least one of the front panel and the back panel is a cement fiberboard; the preparation method comprises the steps of compounding and forming. In the compounding step, a semi-dry cement fiber board is adhered to the front surface and/or the back surface of the base board to form a pre-formed composite board; and in the forming step, the pre-formed composite board is cured and formed. The composite cement fiberboard has the advantages that the disassembly resistance of the fiberboard and the pressure relief performance of the cement fiberboard are effectively combined, the composite cement fiberboard can effectively overcome the defect that the compression elastic variable of the fiberboard is too large, the fracture resistance of the cement fiberboard is greatly improved under the same thickness, meanwhile, the production process is simple, and the production cost is low.
