Grouting material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a grouting material which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 92-95 parts of a gel material; 0.5 to 1.2 parts of a polycarboxylic acid type water reducing agent; 0.02 to 0.04 part of a defoaming agent; 0-0.03 part of an anti-settling water-retaining agent; 3-7 parts of a concrete expansive agent; and 0.02 to 0.04 part of a plastic expanding agent. The gel material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 75-93 parts of Portland cement; 0-5 parts of silica fume; 5 to 15 parts of superfine stone powder; 0-5 parts of granulated blast furnace slag powder; and 0-5 parts of fly ash. A preparation method of the superfine limestone powder comprises the following steps:1, limestone is taken and mixed with gypsum and a grinding aid, the mixture is ground till the specific surface area ranges from 1000 m < 2 >/kg to 1500 m < 2 >/kg, superfine limestone powder is obtained for standby application, the addition amount of the gypsum ranges from 0.3% to 0.5%, the grinding aid is a mixture of calcium lignosulphonate and silica fume, the mass ratio of the calcium lignosulphonate to the silica fume is 3: 47, and the addition amount of the grinding aid ranges from 0.3% to 0.5%; and 2) the materials are taken according to the ratio, the materials are added into a mixing device,and the grouting material is obtained by uniformly mixing and homogenizing. The grouting material disclosed by the invention has good flowability, water-retaining property and cohesiveness, improves the compactness and filling degree of slurry, and reduces the shrinkage of the slurry in a plastic stage and the shrinkage of the hardened slurry.
本发明涉及一种灌浆料,包括如下重量份组分:胶凝材料92‑95份;聚羧酸系减水剂0.5‑1.2份;消泡剂0.02‑0.04份;防沉保水剂0‑0.03份;混凝土膨胀剂3‑7份;塑性膨胀剂0.02‑0.04;所述凝胶材料包括如下重量份组分:硅酸盐水泥75‑93份;硅灰0‑5份;超细石粉5‑15份;粒化高炉矿渣粉0‑5份;粉煤灰0‑5份,采用以下方法制备:1)取石灰石,与石膏、助磨剂混合,经磨粉至比表面积为1000‑1500m2/kg,得到超细石粉,备用,其中,石膏的添加量为0.3%‑0.5%,助磨剂为木质素磺酸钙与硅灰的混合物,木质素磺酸钙和硅灰的质量比为3:47,助磨剂的添加量为0.3%‑0.5%;2)按配比取料,加入到混料设备中混合均匀,经均化处理后得到灌浆料。本发明灌浆料,具有良好的流动性、保水性、粘聚性,并提高浆体的密实性、充盈度,减小浆体在塑性阶段的收缩和浆体硬化后的收缩。
