The invention belongs to the technical field of grouting, and particularly relates to a grouting material and a preparation method thereof, and the grouting material comprises the following components by mass: 40-60 parts of sand, 15-20 parts of epoxy resin, 25-30 parts of modified fly ash, 10-15 parts of silica fume, 4-8 parts of a reinforcing agent, 3-5 parts of a dispersant, 1-3 parts of a water reducer, 0.1-1 part of a retarder, and 20-30 parts of water. The invention further provides a treatment method of the modified fly ash and the silica fume and a preparation method of the grouting material. The problems of many internal gaps and poor stability of the grouting material are solved, the chemical-physical composite connection strength of the fly ash is effectively improved by utilizing a porous structure and hydration activity brought by the modified fly ash, and the curing strength of the grouting material is improved by matching with the permeation strengthening effect of the reinforcing agent; and the connection stability of the grouting material is improved.
本发明属于灌浆技术领域,具体涉及一种灌浆料及其制备方法,其质量配比如下:砂40‑60份、环氧树脂15‑20份、改性粉煤灰25‑30份、硅灰10‑15份、补强剂4‑8份、分散剂3‑5份、减水剂1‑3份、缓凝剂0.1‑1份、水20‑30份,并提供了改性粉煤灰和硅灰的处理方法和灌浆料的制备方法。本发明解决了灌浆料内部缝隙多,稳定性差的问题,利用改性粉煤灰带来的多孔结构与水化活性,有效的提升了粉煤灰的化学‑物理复合连接强度,配合补强剂的渗透加强作用,不仅提高了灌浆料的固化强度,而且提升了灌浆料的连接稳定性。
