Rapid construction method for overcrossing existing high-speed railway on large-span and large-section pedestrian overpass
The invention discloses a rapid construction method for overcrossing an existing high-speed railway on a large-span and large-section pedestrian overpass, and relates to the technical field of large-span overpass construction. The method comprises the following steps: measuring and taking points of existing facilities on a construction site by using a measuring instrument; importing the measured data into software, and carrying out modeling analysis on the construction site by using the software; and treating the foundation, building a lifting device walking channel and a lifting station point, and conducting concrete hardening treatment on the lifting station point. According to the construction method, installation of the overpass is completed through design of conventional materials such as steel plates and I-shaped steel and other auxiliary measures, the process principle is easy to understand, the construction method is simple, high operability is achieved, large hoisting equipment is adopted, a large-scale structure overcrossing the existing railway is hoisted, compared with a pushing method, a large number of temporary supports and pushing equipment do not need to be input, the requirement that the welding amount of an overpass structure is completed from hoisting to 60% within two hours can be met, construction procedures are reduced, and high economical efficiency, high construction efficiency and high safety are achieved.
