Construction method of large-span door-type bent cap overcrossing existing traffic road
The invention provides a construction method of a large-span door type cover beam overcrossing an existing passage road. A support for supporting the cover beam is assembled through the following steps that prefabricated vertical supporting units are arranged on the two sides of a cover beam supporting column; a cross beam is connected to the upper portion of the prefabricated vertical supporting unit; a height-adjustable shakeout unloading cylinder is connected to the upper part of the cross beam; a transverse supporting unit perpendicular to the prefabricated vertical supporting unit is arranged above the shakeout unloading cylinder; a safety protection unit is arranged on the transverse supporting unit; the assembled support is subjected to pre-pressing and monitoring; the support dismantling method comprises the following steps that sand discharging is conducted on the sand discharging and shakeout cylinder; along with the reduction of the height of the shakeout unloading cylinder, the transverse supporting unit and the capping beam bottom die template are sequentially separated from the finally-set capping beam; the cover beam bottom die template, the transverse supporting unit, the shakeout unloading cylinder and the cross beam are dismantled from top to bottom; and the prefabricated vertical supporting units are hoisted and transferred to the next construction site for use.
本发明提出上跨既有通行道路的大跨度门式盖梁施工工法,用于支撑盖梁的支架组装步骤如下:将预制竖向支撑单元设置于盖梁支柱的两侧;在所述预制竖向支撑单元的上方连接横梁;在所述横梁的上方连接高度可调的卸落砂筒;在所述卸落砂筒的上方设置与所述预制竖向支撑单元互相垂直的横向支撑单元;在所述横向支撑单元上设置安全保护单元;对组装后的所述支架进行预压及监测;所述支架拆除步骤如下:将所述卸落砂筒进行放砂;随着所述卸落砂筒高度降低,所述横向支撑单元、所述盖梁底模模板依次脱离终凝的盖梁;自上而下拆除所述盖梁底模模板、所述横向支撑单元、所述卸落砂筒、所述横梁;将所述预制竖向支撑单元吊运、周转至下一工地使用。
