The photovoltaic mounting rack comprises a plurality of photovoltaic frames, the photovoltaic frames are used for fixing photovoltaic panels, each photovoltaic frame comprises an upper frame and a lower frame which are oppositely arranged in a first preset direction, and the upper frames and the lower frames are used for being fixed to the upper sides and the lower sides of the photovoltaic panels in the first preset direction respectively. In the first preset direction, the lower frame of one photovoltaic frame and the upper frame of another adjacent photovoltaic frame are in lap joint and define a transverse water guide groove extending in the second preset direction, and the second preset direction is perpendicular to the first preset direction. According to the photovoltaic mounting rack adopting the structure, rainwater permeating from the joint of the two adjacent photovoltaic frames can enter the transverse water guide grooves and is discharged through the transverse water guide grooves, so that a photovoltaic system with the photovoltaic mounting rack can have a better water leakage prevention effect, and the water leakage risk of the photovoltaic system is reduced.
