The invention discloses a mounting rack for a photovoltaic module, and the mounting rack comprises a first support which comprises a first top plate, a first bottom plate disposed below the first top plate, and a first side plate connected with the first top plate and the first bottom plate, one end of the first top plate is provided with a first limiting hole, and the upper surface of the first top plate is fixedly provided with a plurality of first bending buckles; the second support comprises a support main body and four supporting legs supported below the support main body, the support main body comprises a first supporting plate and a second supporting plate which are located on the same plane, and a water flowing groove which is formed between the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate and extends in the length direction of the support main body; second limiting holes are formed in the same ends of the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate correspondingly, and a plurality of upper bent buckles are fixed to the upper surface of the first supporting plate and the upper surface of the second supporting plate correspondingly. The invention further discloses the power generation roof. The device is suitable for installation of a standard photovoltaic module, and is simple in structure and convenient to install and disassemble.
