本发明涉及固体废弃物综合利用技术领域,具体是指一种石膏用复合改性剂,按一定量的硫酸钙,熔融后和电石渣混合均匀,硫酸钙晶和电石渣中钙物质的量比值为1.1~1.4,再加入碱法造纸黑液充分搅拌,加入少量胶粘剂、纤维、泡沫剂、改性淀粉、多羟基碳水化合物、甲酸钙和聚物,共混搅拌生产得A品,将处理过的催化剂按A品用量质量分数比0.6~8%添加,得复合改良剂。本发明与现有技术相比的有点在于:提高了石膏制品强度,降低了受潮挠度,提高了边角硬度,由于在催化剂表面重结晶的晶体能够快速长晶,因此本发明还能加快塑化过程,令石膏制品具有早强性,提高了产品的产出率,对石膏基建材行业的发展起到了极大的促进作用。
