Composite crystal modifier and production method of alpha-type semi-hydrated gypsum
The invention relates to a composite crystal modifier which is formed by compounding polybasic organic carboxylic acid or polybasic organic carboxylate with inorganic alkali metal salt. The invention relates to a production method of alpha type semi-hydrated gypsum. The production method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a mixture according to the following weight percentage: 69.4-84.98% of ardealite or natural gypsum; the composite crystal modifier is formed by compounding polybasic organic carboxylic acid or polybasic organic carboxylate which accounts for 0.01%-0.5% of the mass of the ardealite or natural gypsum dry basis and alkali metal salt which accounts for 0.01%-0.1% of the mass of the ardealite or natural gypsum dry basis; 15%-30% of water; and S2, treating the mixture by an autoclaving method to obtain the alpha-type semi-hydrated gypsum finished product. The method has the beneficial effects that the content of calcium sulfate hemihydrate in the obtained alpha-type hemihydrate gypsum is greater than 95%, the water demand is not higher than 40%, and the unconfined compressive strength of the hydrated alpha-type hemihydrate gypsum powder prepared from ardealite/natural gypsum can reach 27.45 mpa and 47.32 mpa respectively.
本发明涉及复合转晶剂,其由多元有机羧酸或多元有机羧酸盐组合无机碱金属盐复合而成。一种α型半水石膏的生产方法,步骤如下:S1、按照如下重量百分比配置混合料:磷石膏或天然石膏:69.4%~84.98%;复合转晶剂由占磷石膏或天然石膏干基质量的0.01%~0.5%的多元有机羧酸或多元有机羧酸盐组合0.01%~0.1%碱金属盐复合而成;水:15%~30%;S2、蒸压法处理混合料,即制得α型半水石膏成品。本发明的有益效果为:所得α型半水石膏的半水硫酸钙含量大于95%,其需水量不高于40%,采用磷石膏/天然石膏所制备的α型半水石膏粉末水化后的无侧限抗压强度分别能达到27.45mpa和47.32mpa。
