The invention provides strong acid corrosion resistant cement mortar and a preparation method thereof. The cement mortar is prepared from the following raw materials: cement, water, sand, fly ash, sodium silicate, carbon nano tubes, polypropylene fibers, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a dispersing agent. The cement mortar disclosed by the invention comprises the fly ash and the sodium water glass, and after the fly ash and the sodium water glass are added, a compact silicon dioxide structure can be formed in the cement mortar after curing, so that the reaction between the cement mortar and an acidic material is reduced, the erosion process of the acidic material is slowed down, and the effect of protecting concrete is achieved. The cement mortar further comprises the carbon nano tubes, the carbon nano tubes serve as a nano-sized reinforced fiber material, the pore structure of the concrete material can be effectively filled and improved due to the extremely fine particle size of the carbon nano tubes, and in addition, the internal microstructure of the concrete material can be densified due to the excellent mechanical property of the carbon nano tubes, so that the permeability of harmful substances of the concrete material is reduced, and the durability of the concrete material is improved.
