Corrosion-resistant polymer modified cement mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention provides corrosion-resistant polymer modified cement mortar and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) firstly, stirring and uniformly mixing cement, a mineral admixture and sand to obtain a material mixture A; (2) diluting a coupling agent with absolute ethyl alcohol and uniformly spraying the diluted coupling agent to the surface of the material mixture A, and then stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a material mixture B; and (3) mixing water, a water reducer, a polymer and an anti-ageing agent to obtain a mixed solution, adding the mixed solution into the material mixture B, stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a material mixture C, adding a de-foaming agent into the material mixture C, standing for 60-90 seconds, stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain the polymer modified cement mortar. According to the corrosion-resistant polymer modified cement mortar and the preparation method thereof disclosed by the invention, the modified polymer with the good performance as well as the coupling agent and the anti-ageing agent is adopted, a proper charging sequence and a proper stirring process are adopted, so that the polymer mortar has the really long-acting and corrosion-resistant effects; and the preparation method is simple and easy to operate, and is suitable for being used in large-scale production.
